Raymond Smith, Jr.

Raymond Smith, Jr., 60, of Sistersville, WV, passed away November 8, 2023 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 10, 1963, in Libertyville, IL, a son of the late Raymond Smith, Sr. and Linda Hahn Smith.

Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing and dirt track racing.  He loved to work on cars, lawn mowers and anything that needed fixing.  He was a member of the Sistersville American Legion Post #67.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia “Patty” Grim Smith; sons, Raymond Smith and Michael Smith; daughters, Crystal (Jimmy) Shields and Melania Smith; step-sons, Michael Grim and Patrick Cooper; sister, Susan Wilson; brothers, Otto, Harry and Donald Smith; grandchildren, Khloe Willey, Aubrey Smith, Jaxon Shields, Breea Shields and Kyra Shields; his first wife, Lorie Staley and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.

Visitation will be Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 11:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home.
