Ruthann Johnson, 61, of Homosassa, FL, passed away July 13, 2010 in Homosassa, FL. She was born January 16, 1949 in New Martinsville, WV, a daughter of the late Charles J. Starkey and Betty J. (Hoskins) Starkey. She moved to Homosassa in 2002 from Sistersville, WV. Ruthann was a former activities director for Care Haven Nursing Home in Sistersville. She enjoyed reading and crafts. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Jerry K. Johnson of Homosassa; sons, David (Tammy) Johnson of Sistersville, Jim (Linda) Johnson of New Martinsville and Ted Johnson of Kissimmee, FL; daughter, Shannon Kuehne of Homosassa; eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, niece and great niece and nephew. There will be a graveside service Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 1:00 pm at Greenwood Cemetery with Reverend Gary Boyd officiating. Online condolences may be offered at myersfuneralhomewv.com.
