Stan Stewart

Stan Stewart, 62, of Sistersville, WV, passed away August 27, 2019 at home. He was born December 18, 1956, in Sistersville, WV, a son of the late Charles Stewart and Gladys Spence Stewart. Stan was a chemical operator at NurtaSweet in Augusta, GA and he was a member of the Sistersville ELKS Lodge #333. He loved working on model trains and he was always tinkering on a project. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Burgess Stewart of Sistersville, WV; sons, Jesse Stewart of Pittsburgh, PA and Charles "Chip" Stewart of North Augusta, SC; daughter, Erica (Heath) Perry of Augusta, GA; grandchildren, Ellen Gail Perry, William Heath Perry, Nancy Stewart Perry and John Spence Perry; and brother, Bucky (Hazel) Stewart. There will be a memorial service at the Sistersville First United Methodist Church on Friday, August 30, 2019.
