Sue Pancake

Sharon Sue Pancake, 62, of Sistersville, WV, passed away May 3, 2011 at home. She was born December 16, 1948, in New Martinsville, WV, a daughter of the late John Powell and Sarah Anderson Powell. She was a homemaker and a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She attended the First United Methodist Church of Sistersville. Sue is survived by her husband, Jack Pancake of 45 years; son, Rick (Barb) Pancake of New Martinsville; daughter, Kim Ice of Sistersville; grandchildren, Chelsea Ice, Brock Ice, Alex Pancake and Jacob Pancake; step grandchildren, Matt Novel, Zac Novel and great granddaughter Riley Novel; brother, John Powell and sisters, Faye Skinner, Kaye Minor and Joyce Caputo. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Penny Powell and Judy Hess. Services will be Thursday at 11:00 am at Myers Funeral Home with Reverend Bill Dawson officiating.
