Tara Dawn Fisher

Tara Dawn Fisher, 55, of Middlebourne, WV, passed away August 14, 2012 at Liza’s Place Hospice in Wheeling, WV. She was born June 22, 1957, a daughter of Joan Cecil Stewart and the late William E. Foland. She was a homemaker and attended the Tyler River of Life Pentecostal Church of God. Tara is survived by sons, James Hudson of Detroit, MI and Brandon Hudson of St. Clairsville; daughter, Tosha Fisher of Cleveland, OH; brothers, William Timothy Foland of St. Marys, Brian Scott Foland of Middlebourne and Samuel Bill Foland of Paden City; sister, Karen Sue Foland of Middlebourne; half-sister, Darlene Wharton and grandchildren, Tianna Fisher, Theotis Williams, Jr., and Alonzo Williams. She was preceded in death by her father, William E. Foland. There will be private services at the convenience of the family.
