Theodore "Tc" Hayes,

Theodore C. "T.C." Hayes II, 39 of Sistersville, WV died Monday, January 23, 2017 in Columbus. T.C. was born on March 30, 1977 in Sistersville, WV to Sandra K. (Milburn) Hayes and the late Theodore C. Hayes. T.C. was a Methodist by faith. He was a 1995 graduate of Tyler Consolidated High School, a member of the letterman club at Tyler Consolidated and a member of the Sigma Tau fraternity at Fairmont State University. T.C. worked as a pharmaceutical operator for Ashland Pharmaceutical in Columbus, Ohio. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Edith T. Milburn and Charles E. Milburn and his paternal grandparents, Charles R. and Catherine V. Hayes. T.C. is survived by his mother, Sandy Hayes of Sistersville, WV; the love of his life, his daughter, Emma Grace Hayes of Florida; a half-brother, Evan Bosley of Florida; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 11am until the time of the service at 2pm at Myers Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Sistersville, WV, 26175. The service will be conducted by William Williamson and Ed Howell and readings will be by Barb Minor. Burial will follow in Friendly Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 N. Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio.
