Vicky L. Straight Brown

Brown, Vicky L. Straight, age 60, of Sistersville, WV died Saturday, January 14, 2017 at OVMC, Wheeling, WV. She was born on November 13, 1956 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of Zora Mae Maston Straight of St. Marys, WV and the late Dewey R. Straight. Vicky was a Medical Assistant for many years; was a Baptist by faith and enjoyed crafting. She was a 1976 graduate of St. Marys High School. Vicky was a kidney transplant survivor since 1975. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her beloved dog, Toby Lee. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 33 years Craig Brown; one brother: Ray (Stephanie) Straight of St. Marys; one niece: Dr. Heather (Sean) Straight Davis; one nephew: Craig (Keri) Straight and five great nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Myers Funeral Home, 600 Main St., Sistersville where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday with Pastor Darrell Mayfield officiating.
