Willa Belle Barr Pyles

Willa Belle Barr Pyles, 80, of Sistersville, WV, passed away April 25, 2016 at home. She was born July 9, 1935, in Wetzel County, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph Barr and Reva Fisher Barr. She is survived by her daughters, Dannehl (Dillon) Thompson of Sistersville, WV, Danita (Tim) Swofford of Melbourne, FL, Leah (Joseph) Bennett of Clarksburg, WV and Lynette Broadrick of Paden City, WV; sisters, Betty Berry, Alice Sweeney, Mary Underwood, Carrie Linder, Rose Bonner, Shirley Barr and Kate Marshall; brother, Larry Barr; ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, LeMoyne "Gomer" Pyles; two brothers and one sister. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the IOM, PO Box 2140, McComb, MS 39469. Willa's granddaughter, Kayla is a missionary fighting sex trafficking in Cambodia.
