William Douglas "Doug" Neff

William Douglas "Doug" Neff, 57, of St. Marys, WV, passed away on May 11, 2015 at Sistersville Center. He was born January 20, 1958, in Tyler County, WV, a son of the Harold E. Neff and the late Florence Deaton Neff. Doug was an avid collector of Native American artifacts. He loved searching and collecting for arrowheads. He was interested in nature, flowers and pictures. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his Aunt Shelva Buck and Aunt Betty Hammel and extended family Troy and Teressa Noland. Visitation will be Friday, May 15, 2015 from 11:00 – 1:00 pm with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Evangelist Ken Keifer officiating.
