William Burton Flesher, 79, of Friendly, WV, passed away March 25, 2020 at his daughter's home in Newport News, VA. He was born March 11, 1941, in Fly, OH, a son of the late Boyd Flesher and Violet Monroe Flesher. Burton was a member of the Friendly United Methodist Church. He was a retired Chemical Operator at the former American Cyanamid and he loved to bowl and golf. He is survived by his sons, Bill (Shari) Flesher of Winchester, VA and Larry (Vicki) Flesher of Manassas, VA; daughters, Karen (Mike) Clegg of Newport News, VA and Jennifer (George) Beckert of New Smyrna Beach, FL; sister, Ruth Flesher Moore; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Midcap Flesher; daughter, Krystal Lynn Flesher and sister, Carol Buck.
