Cathyrn "Katy" Amos

Cathryn "Katy" Riggs Still Amos, 92, of Sistersville, WV, passed away, April 17, 2019 at Sistersville General Hospital. She was born July 27, 1926, in Middlebourne, WV, a daughter of the late Ora C. Riggs and Ida Jones Riggs. Katy retired from Phillips Pharmacy. She was an avid reader and she was a long time Sunday School Teacher. She is survived by her husband, Edward Amos of Sistersville, WV; daughters, Nila Goudy and Kitty (Rick) Knowlton, both of Sistersville, WV and Susan (Mick) Price of Ravenswood, WV; brother, Joseph Riggs of Slippery Rock, PA; step-children, Bud Amos, Rob Amos and Edna Travis, all of Paden City, WV and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Cleatus Still; sons, Larry B. Still and Timothy C. Still; special son-in-law, Victor Goudy and several brothers and sisters Services will be Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Reverend Cathy Harman. Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2019 from 3-7 pm at Myers Funeral Home. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered at myersfuneralhomewv.com.
