Deanna "Dee Dee" Dale Williamson

Deanna "Dee Dee" Williamson, 64, of Sistersville, WV, passed away April 20, 2016 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born February 22, 1952, in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Chester O'Neil Williamson and Donna Jo Archer Williamson. Dee Dee was a member of the Sistersville First United Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir. She also helped with the youth group at the church. She played in the SHS band and she was involved in the SHS girls volleyball and girls track teams. She was a substitute teacher in Wetzel, Tyler and Pleasants counties. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Neil Williamson and grandparents, Freda Dale Archer and Lawrence Archer. She is survived by her sister, Leslie Williamson and brother, Elliott Williamson of Sistersville; nephew, Dyrek Williamson; sister-in-law, Debbie Williamson and long-time best friend, Sharon Gilmore. There will be a memorial service will be Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Sistersville First United Methodist Church with Reverend Bill Dawson officiating.
