James "Dave" Anderson

James “Dave” Anderson, 51, of Middlebourne, WV passed away February 18, 2024 at Sistersville General Hospital. He was born February 22, 1972, in Sistersville, WV, the son of the late Oral Anderson and Zelda Myers Anderson.

Dave attended Harvest Time Faith Chapel and he was a concrete truck driver for Heidelburg Material.  He enjoyed anything to do with vehicles, from working on them, talking about them and helping others work on them.  He loved to camp with his family and his biggest joy was spending time with his grandchildren.  He had many friends and loved hanging out with them and would do anything for them.

He is survived by his wife, Tracy Anderson; children, Faith Morris, Mckayla (Chris) Knowlton, J.D. Anderson, Bill J.R. Doll and Shawnia (Cody Cox) Doll; grandchildren, Emily, Jackson, Makenzie, Matthew, Noah, Emburlee, Lillith, Ryleann and Thea; brother, Steve Anderson; niece, Heather (Brad) Weekley and nephew, Brian (Dani) Anderson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Anderson.

Funeral Service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Myers Funeral Home with Pastor Gerald Richards officiating.  Friends may call from 4-8 pm on Thursday and from 12-1 on Friday at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at the Anderson Family Farm in Middlebourne, WV.
